Technical & Client Updates

• Proxy re-written: Some router had an issue with the TCP connection, the router closed the connection way to early - NC is now sending more signals so the router will not shutdown the connection;
• (related Proxy) : Chatbug fixed;
• (related Proxy) : "Connection to Nethost lost" after a few minutes fixed; 
• Internal Structure updated, as a side-effect the Update count was reset back to 1;

BUGFIXES

• Punisher and RG Drones (drones with the new model we've introduced a few updates ago) are not invisible anymore on the ground;

Gameworld & Content

• Added a new mission: "NCPD Manhunt" by Leopump, winner of the Contest we had in 2013, is now live on Titan - Talk to Jay Florish in the NCPD HQ to start the mission;
